Ahi tuna is a seafood commodity praised for its steak-like consistency and beloved by those who do and don’t enjoy seafood. A popular Reno seafood appetizer here at The Grill is our Seared Ahi which is encrusted in an organic spice mix and paired with our citrus slaw. On the side is a Serrano Soy dipping sauce that accentuates the flavor of the ahi excellently.

What better way to start off your lunch or dinner than with a seafood cocktail? This alcohol-free cocktail contains nothing but delicious shellfish including shrimp, prawns, and crab paired with our homemade cocktail sauce, slices of celery, and a lemon wedge for a refreshing palette cleanser to begin your meal.

Szechuan Prawns Salad

The Szechuan Prawns salad is a lunch special consisting of colorful cabbage slaw, perfectly toasted mixed nuts, blue cheese crumbles, and a spicy vinaigrette dressing. Our Szechuan sauce is made from traditional Chinese ingredients such as fresh ginger, brown sugar, soy sauce, and refined spices like cayenne pepper and red chiles. Our delicious prawns are tossed in the Szechuan mixture, pan-seared to perfection, and placed atop some greens.  

Louie-Louie Salad

We’ve talked about the popular Louie-Louie salad in previous blogs as it’s a local favorite. This salad is made with only top-quality seafood and veggies. If you’re looking for the ultimate seafood salad, this should be your top choice. In the Louie-Louie, you’ll find delicious Dungeness crab, king crab, snow crab, prawns, and bay shrimp. The salad also consists of tomato, asparagus, hard-boiled egg, crisp Romaine lettuce, and avocado.

A tasteful salmon dish requires the finest fresh-caught salmon. Our Grilled Salmon begins with thick, fresh salmon fillets covered in a tart yet savory maple ponzu glaze. And the perfect salmon dish must be paired with an equally amazing side. To accompany the salmon is a delicious mushroom risotto and vegetable Du Jour. 

Mussels

If you’re a big seafood lover, then you’ll appreciate the love and care that goes into making mussels at The Grill. Made with ripe tomatoes, shallots, fresh basil, Dijon, and a sweet vermouth sauce. When it comes to seafood, scallops are considered the cream of the crop. This light, yet rich dish, is not only sweet and buttery, but our scallops are also tender and succulent. The Grill Scallops are bacon-wrapped and served with our Chef's risotto, seasonal vegetable, and Chardonnay Shallot sauce. 

Crab Mac ‘N Cheese

Mac ‘N Cheese is a traditional, hearty American dish, but there’s nothing average about our seafood Mac ‘N Cheese. Made with Dungeness Crab, bacon, smoked gouda, herbed Panko, cavatappi pasta, and roasted crimini, this is a unique and remarkable take on an American classic. And to top off the dish, we’ve added decadent black truffles for a truly elegant meal.

Grilled Colossal Prawns 

If you enjoy a nice shrimp dish, then you’ll love our Colossal Prawns. While our prawns are anything but small, they sure know how to pack a flavorful punch. Our Grilled Prawns are made with white wine, butter, and garlic, tossed in fresh oregano, and paired with our vegetable Du Jour, delicious crostini, and sun-dried tomato risotto.
