The Grill comes from a family that began as experts in the alcohol industry. They continue to sell their Francovich Holiday Nog which was first made popular at The Wine House, which was also owned and operated by the Francovich family. Another one of their signature cocktails is the Francovich Manhattan which is made locally in the Reno area.
Food from The Grill is always made using quality ingredients. We take pride in our food which means we use the best ingredients available and prepare it using the best methods and practices. We even get fresh-caught whole Halibut from Alaska delivered right to our door between May and November.
We switch up our menu to stay consistent with the seasonal changes. Not only does this help us conserve our resources and improve our food’s freshness, but it also gives our guests the chance to enjoy some holiday or seasonal foods during their favorite times of the year.
